How to cancel your membership
Summary / Quick steps to cancel membership:
navigate to bottom of daily membership email
click on the preferences button
page will prompt you to check email for code to verify user
receive email with code or just click on link provided
in your profile click on view billing in stripe
select cancel plan
So you want to cancel your membership😭
We get it, situations change and we’re sad to see you go.
Thankfully we make canceling your membership super easy!
(unlike some companies out there, cough..cough.. spotify)
Just follow the steps below and you should be good to go.

Step 1:
Navigate to bottom of daily email
Navigate to the bottom of the awesome, daily emails you receive.
Step 2:
Click on preferences button
We have two options at the bottom, unsubscribe and preferences.
Click on preferences
Step 3:
Page will prompt you to check email for code to verify user
You will then be prompted to check the email associated with your move everyday membership for a code.
hint: it should be the same one you received our daily emails with
Step 4:
Receive email with code or just click on link provided
You can either copy the code and paste it back into the previous page or you can just click the link provided.
*The email will come from ConvertKit, it’s the platform that manages our emails and subscription billing.
clicking the link provided is much easier IMO
Step 5:
In your profile click on view billing in stripe
You will then be redirected to your profile.
Click on “view billing in stripe”
Profile? What profile.. I thought there were no profiles?
You’re right we don’t use them for you to receive your daily emails.
But convertkit (the platform we use for our subscription billing and emails) automatically makes one for you.
They make one for you, so you can update your billing info and cancel a subscription very easily.
Like now…unfortunately…sigh
Step 6:
Select cancel plan
Select cancel plan
And that’s it! Pretty simple right?
Your subscription is now canceled and you will continue to receive videos until your next billing date, at which point you won’t see me anymore.
I guess we’ll go our separate ways…
Never to see each other again…
But I guess this is growing up… (yes that was a blink 182 reference🎸 )
But you will still receive email communication from Move Every Day, just a FYI.
But what if your completely done with us, we’re over…
In that case we have…
the nuclear option 💥
Navigate to bottom of daily email and click unsubscribe.
on the next page select unsubscribe from all and
you will cancel your membership immediately even if you already paid for the month
and you will also be unsubscribed from all communications.
