What is movement?

movement isnt handstands or parkour, its supposed to be functional

To me Movement isn’t 👇

  • handstands

  • or parkour

Don’t get me wrong, it can be beneficial for some.

But movement is about being a bit more functional.

It means being able to perform daily activities without tweaking your back🔧

Everyday things such as…

rotation, mobility movement examples

Sure, posing on an Instagram-worthy beach with a perfect body looks great,

but it’s just not realistic for most of us.

The reality is that our bodies have taken a beating from sitting down all the time,

And it’s time to look at how we can maintain what we have for a

  • happier

  • fuller

  • & pain-free life

While movement is all-encompassing, our 10-minute routine is the smarter way to move

We primarily focus on stretches and exercises that help to reverse the side effects of chronic sitting* and benefit our:

  • mobility

  • flexibility

  • balance

*aka stretch and move your body in opposite directions to counteract all the sitting and hunched over-ness we do sitting at a desk all day

So when we say “movement” don’t be disappointed when you’re not doing splits or handstands.

We’ll be doing more functional, feel-good movement that you can do at work or while your traveling.

You’re welcome. 😋
