Staying in the sumo stance or wider squat position will help challenge the lower half of your body, especially the quads.

The internal and external rotation coming from your thigh bone in each hip socket helps to create synovial fluid (or lubricate your joints).

Similar to how a car needs an oil change, we need to lubricate our joints to keep them nice and healthy.
