A side bend usually feels great first thing in the morning and then throughout the day as needed. It’s a really easy one to take at your desk in between calls or meetings.

Side bends open up your side body - including your rib cage and intercostal muscles - which help with breathing.

A side bend helps to move our body in lateral flexion (or side to side). Moving our spine/body in different directions is good for it (as long as it’s not painful)!
