    That being said, we are focused on deskbound, working professionals given they are usually sitting for longer periods of time and that's also my background.

  • I myself am a deskbound working professional. For most of my career I was working 50-60+ hour weeks and am all too familiar with how your body feels after consistently sitting for long periods of time.

    I'm a certified pilates instructor with over 500+ hours of training and am actively teaching. 

    I understand how hard it is to balance a fast-paced work environment and the need to move your body.

    Which is why Move Every Day's programs take the guesswork out of moving so you can be efficient with your time.

    While Pilates focuses on strengthening and toning the body

    Yoga focuses more on connecting the mind, body and spirit. 

    That being said, there are some exercises and stretches that are more yoga and pilates based, but all movements should be accessible for most people.

    We won't be doing any splits or anything like that... promise!

    You might feel like you can move a little better, that you've released some tightness you had in your body, etc. 

    Usually you'll notice a difference in how you feel on days where you do stretch vs. days when you don't.
